2 Hospitalized after Motorcycle Accident on Highway 74 in San Juan Capistrano
Two Severely Injured in San Juan Capistrano Motorcycle Crash on Highway 74(Ortega Highway)
San Juan Capistrano, California (March 18, 2019) – Two people were hospitalized Sunday morning after a motorcycle accident in San Juan Capistrano, according to a local news source.
The crash happened at an unknown time Sunday, March 17 in the 3400 block of Highway 74. Highway 74, is also known as Ortega Highway.
The California Highway Patrol said two people were on separate motorcycles traveling on Highway 74when the two riders collided for an undetermined reason.
Major-Injury Motorcycle Crash Sunday in San Juan Capistrano
Paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the two motorcyclists. The two riders were then airlifted to hospitals with major injuries.
The names of the patients and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
