1 Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 99 near Durham-Pentz Road
Chico, California (April 27, 2021) – One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in south Chico on Tuesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on southbound Highway 99 near Durham-Pentz Road at around 11:13 a.m.
A motorcycle was traveling on the roadway when it was sideswiped by a vehicle.
The rider sustained major injuries and was transported to Enloe for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle was uninjured.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
