1 Dead in Nuevo Truck Crash at Ramona Expressway and Lakeview Avenue
Nuevo, California (December 11, 2019) – One person was killed Tuesday night in a traffic accident near Nuevo and Lakeview, just west of Perris, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash took place at about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, December 10 near the intersection of Ramona Expressway and Lakeview Avenue.
As per the report, a semi-truck collided with a pickup truck for an unknown reason near the Nuevo intersection.

One occupant of the pickup truck died in the accident. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of family.
As of 10:30 p.m., Ramona Expressway was shut down for at least three hours between Rider Street and Lakeview Avenue following the crash.
The accident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
