One Killed in San Jose Crash at McKee Road and 33rd Street
San Jose, California (July 17, 2021) – A person was killed in a crash on Saturday morning in San Jose, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The incident took place on McKee Road and 33rd Street at around 2:30 a.m.
Police said a black 2015 Infiniti sedan was heading north on 33rd Street at a high rate of speed when it ran a red light at McKee Road and collided with a black 2007 Honda sedan heading east on McKee.

The man who was driving the Honda was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
The driver of the Infiniti reportedly fled on foot after the collision.
The name of the deceased victim was not immediately released.
