1 Killed and 3 Injured in Terminous Car Accident on Highway 12 near Correia Road
Terminous, California (November 7, 2019) – One person was killed in a car accident on Highway 12 in Terminous, San Joaquin County, on Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 12 near Correia Road and west of Interstate 5 Freeway.
CHP said a vehicle was traveling on the roadway when it crossed into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
Four people reportedly sustained major injuries in the accident and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Sadly, one person was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The identities of the deceased were not immediately established.
No further information was provided.
The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
