One Hospitalized after Hayfork Crash on Highway 3
Hayfork, California (February 20, 2021) – One person was injured Friday morning in a traffic accident in Hayfork, Trinity County.
The single-vehicle crash was reported at around 7:22 a.m. Friday, February 19, in the 1007 block of Highway 3, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
A brown Subaru Outback was traveling on Highway 3 when, for unknown reasons, it veered off the roadway and crashed.
The impact caused the vehicle to split in half.

Authorities said one patient was transported to Mercy Medical Center with moderate injuries. The name and current condition of the victim were not disclosed.
A tow truck was dispatched to the scene to remove the wrecked vehicle.
