One Injured in Barrio Logan Accident on South 28th Street and Boston Avenue
San Diego, California (May 4, 2021) – One person was gravely injured following a crash involving a school bus and a utility van on South 28th Street and Boston Avenue in Barrio Logan on Tuesday morning, according to the authorities.
The incident was reported at around 8:30 a.m.
According to authorities, a San Diego Gas & Electric Mitsubishi Outlander was traveling southbound when it slammed into the rear of a San Diego Unified School District bus that was stopped at a red light at the intersection.

A 53-year-old SDG&E employee driving the van was transported to UC San Diego Medical Center with critical injuries.
The bus was not carrying any children and the driver was uninjured.
The crash is under investigation.
