At Least 1 Person Killed in Tustin Car Accident on Costa Mesa (55) Freeway at Fourth Street
Tustin, California (August 22, 2020) – At least one person was killed Saturday morning in a traffic accident in Tustin, according to a local news report.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash was reported at about 10:08 a.m. on Costa Mesa (55) Freeway at Fourth Street.
As per the local news report, a white Hyundai sedan, occupied by three people, was traveling in the northbound lane of Costa Mesa Freeway when, for unknown reasons, it crashed at Fourth Street.

At least one person died in the crash. The name of the victim has not been diclosed pending notification of family.
Authorities closed the No. 2 and 3 lanes as they investigated the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
