Trabuco Canyon, California (August 10, 2019) – A bicyclist was struck and injured by a car Saturday morning in Trabuco Canyon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place at about 7:39 a.m. on Santiago Canyon Road near Ridgeline Road.
A Toyota Prius hit the bicyclist under unclear circumstances.
The rider was transported to Mission Hospital with moderate injuries.
The Prius was towed away from the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the incident.
