18-Year-Old Teen Killed in Roseville Crash on Interstate 80 near Douglas Boulevard

Roseville, California (April 24, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Thursday night alleged DUI traffic accident that killed an 18-year-old teen in Roseville.
The deadly accident occurred on Interstate 80 near Douglas Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the 18-year-old driver lost control of his Toyota Corolla and swerved into the center median barrier.
Unfortunately, the Toyota then swerved right across eastbound traffic where it was struck by a Ford Mustang and Chevy Pick-up truck.
Teen Killed in Interstate 80 Crash
Sadly, the teen, who was not wearing a seatbelt, sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Both drivers of the Ford Mustang and Chevy truck were injured in the accident.
The driver of the Chevy truck, Ryan C. Mills, 24, who was intoxicated, was arrested at the scene for Felony DUI.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for about an hour due to the collision.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
