1 Injured in Rialto Car Accident at Baseline Road and Sycamore Avenue
Rialto, California (January 18, 2019) – Two people were injured in a traffic collision involving a CHP vehicle on Tuesday night, January 15.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred in the area of Baseline Road and Sycamore Avenue at about 10:55 p.m.
The authorities said a patrol car and a second vehicle collided on the roadway for unknown reasons.
The paramedics who responded to the incident treated one officer and one other person who were injured in the collision. The two victims were later transported to a local hospital for treatment.
No other information was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is underway.
