Redwood City, CA: 2 Hospitalized after Car Crash on Middlefield Rd at Northside Ave
2 Injured in Friday Morning Redwood City Crash on Middlefield Road at Northside Avenue

Redwood City, California (April 24, 2021) – Two people were taken to the hospital after their vehicles collided Friday morning at an intersection in Redwood City, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred at about 11:26 a.m. on Middlefield Road at Northside Avenue.
As per the report, a pickup truck and a white sedan collided for unknown reasons, blocking both lanes of Middlefield Road.
Firefighters responded to the scene and closed the northbound traffic of Middlefield.
Two people sustained minor injuries in the accident. One of them was taken to Stanford Hospital with the complaint of pain to the stomach, and the other to a different hospital with the complaint of pain to the back and chest.
Both vehicles were towed away from the crash scene.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
