At Least 1 Hospitalized after Highway 44 Car Collision near Shasta View Drive in Redding
Redding, California (August 21, 2019) – At least one person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday morning in Redding, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The Highway 44 car collision took place at about 8:09 a.m. in the westbound lanes, just east of Shasta View Drive.
Authorities said two cars collided under unclear circumstances.
At least one person was transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
