Pedestrian Suffers Major Injuries in Oroville Crash on Oro Quincy Highway near Glen Drive
Oroville, California (July 19, 2020) – A male pedestrian sustained major injuries after being struck by a vehicle early Thursday morning in Oroville, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident happened at around 5:34 a.m. Thursday, July 16, on Oro Quincy Highway, just east of Glen Drive.
The CHP said the pedestrian was hit by a gold Toyota Corolla in the westbound lane of the highway.

The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital with major injuries. The name of the victim and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
The highway was closed in both directions due to the crash. As of 6:14 a.m., all lanes were reopened.
The accident remains under investigation.
