Deputy Injured in Norwalk Car Crash at Cheshire Street and Holmfield Avenue
Norwalk, California (January 26, 2019) – A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy was hospitalized late Friday night after a pursuit ended in a traffic accident near the intersection in Norwalk, according to a local news source.
The collision occurred at an unspecified time Friday, January 25 near the intersection of Cheshire Street and Holmfield Avenue
As per the report, the sheriff’s cruiser collided with a suspect vehicle for an unknown reason near the intersection.
The suspect tried to flee but was caught and transported into custody.
The deputy sustained unspecified injuries and was transported to a hospital but was expected to be OK.
