Napa County, California (July 16, 2021) – Three people were killed Friday morning in a fiery plane crash in Angwin, Napa County.
The fatal crash was reported shortly after 8:40 a.m. south of the Angwin Airport, authorities said.
According to the authorities, the plane, a single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza, was attempting to land at the Angwin Airport when the plane clipped some trees and crashed into a vineyard.
The plane then caught fire.
3 Dead after Small Plane Crashes into Napa County Vineyard
The pilot and two passengers on board the plane were killed in the accident. Their identities have not been released.
The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the accident.
