Man Injured in Woodland Motorcycle Accident on 80 Freeway near Richards Boulevard
Woodland, California (July 13, 2019) – A motorcyclist was injured Friday night in a traffic accident in Woodland, according to a reported by the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place at about 3:16 p.m. Friday, July 12 on the Interstate 80 Freeway near Richards Boulevard exit.
As per the CHP report, an unidentified man was riding his black Yamaha sports bike westbound on the freeway when for unknown reasons, he was hit by a passing black Volkswagen SUV.
The rider was ejected from the bike upon the impact.

The motorcyclist sustained unspecified injuries as a result of the crash. The name and condition of the patient at this time were not disclosed.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
