Carpinteria, California (April 22, 2019) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a woman who died in a two-vehicle collision in Carpinteria on Saturday morning.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at 6:36 a.m. April 20, in the area of Carpinteria and Bailard avenues.
The authorities said a white Nissan van was traveling westbound on the roadway when it collided head-on with an eastbound Toyota Sienna.

54-year-old Martha Ramos Quintana who was a passenger in the Nissan was killed in the accident.
Both drivers and three other occupants of the Toyota were injured in the collision.
The Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Major Accident Response Team is investigating the cause of the accident.
