Chico, California (January 15, 2021) – A pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle near Chico on Thursday night.
According to a local news source, the fatal pedestrian accident happened on Highway 99 near Mallard Estates Road at about 7 p.m. January 14.
A pedestrian was standing in the northbound lanes of the highway when he was hit by a car.
The man was killed in the accident.
