Magalia, CA: CHP Investigating Head-On Collision at Skyway Road and Ponderosa Way
Possible Injuries Reported after Magalia Multi-Vehicle Crash at Skyway Road and Ponderosa Way
Magalia, California (December 31, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a head-on collision that happened Thursday afternoon in Magalia, Butte County.
The three vehicles crashed at Skyway Road and Ponderosa Way at about 12:30 p.m.
It was not immediately established how a Ford Focus, a white Chevrolet SUV, and a large SUV crashed head-on in the afternoon hours.
The Chevrolet SUV rolled over onto its side while the Focus acquired major front-end damage.
Magalia Multi-Vehicle Crash Possibly Results in Injuries
The wreck resulted in possible injuries to unspecified number of victims.
Meanwhile, officials requested a tow truck to remove at least two of the involved automobiles away from the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
