Grenada, CA: Major Injury Rollover Crash on Interstate 5
3 Seriously Injured in Grenada Crash on Interstate 5 near Louie Road
Grenada, California (January 15, 2021) – Three people were seriously injured in a rollover accident on Thursday night in Grenada, in Siskiyou County, authorities said.
The major injury single-vehicle accident happened at about 9:15 p.m. on, January 14, on Interstate 5 south of Louie Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Kia Rio, driven by a man, was headed northbound on the roadway when it lost control, crashed into the center median, and flipped over several times.

A back-seat passenger, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected onto the roadway and sustained major injuries.
The driver and one other passenger in the vehicle also sustained major injuries.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
