Garden Grove, California (May 22, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained in a motorcycle crash Tuesday afternoon in the area of Garden Grove, according to authorities.

The collision happened at around 2:57 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, on eastbound Highway 22, just east of Harbor Boulevard.

As per the CHP officials, a motorcycle and a vehicle crashed for reasons still under investigation. The rider was ejected from the bike and was down in the lanes following the crash

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the crash victims. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

The vehicles were blocking the HOV lanes following the collision.
