Corona, California (July 26, 2021) – A Corona accident involving a white Ford van and a gray Honda Civic Monday morning sent two people to the hospital.

The minor injury crash happened on the 91 Freeway and 71 Freeway transition just before 6:00 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the collision occurred in the morning hours.

Two unidentified people sustained minor injuries and were rushed to the Corona Regional Medical Center for medication.

The crash resulted in the closure of the 91 Freeway and the 71 Freeway connector for an unknown time.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
