At Least 1 Injured in West Sacramento Crash on Highway 50 near Jefferson Boulevard
West Sacramento, California (July 12, 2019) – At least one person was hurt after a traffic crash Monday afternoon in the area of Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision was reported at around 5:41 p.m. on westbound Highway 50, just west of Jefferson Boulevard off-ramp.
As per the CHP officials, a gray Nissan pickup truck and a small silver sedan crashed for reasons still under investigation. Airbags were deployed in the two cars at the time of the crash.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and attended to at least one party who suffered minor injuries following the crash. The name of the victim and their current condition was not immediately known.
The Nissan truck sustained major front-end damage as a result of the crash.
No additional details regarding this crash were provided.
