Prunedale, California (July 8, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Sunday night in the area of Prunedale, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 10:21 p.m. Sunday, June 8, on Highway 101 near Pesante Road.
As per the report, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. Fluid was coming out of one of the involved cars following the crash.
Minor Injury Crash on Highway 101 near Pesante Road
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the crash victims. One party was transported to Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula for treatment of minor injuries. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately known.
The vehicles were towed away from the crash site.
Authorities blocked two lanes to give way to a clearing operation.
The roadway was cleared as of 11:29 a.m.
No additional details concerning this crash were provided.
