Half Moon, California (July 4, 2019) – The Woman who was injured Thursday in a dog attack in Half Moon has been identified as Michelle Balbi.

According to reports, Michelle Balbi and her son Luca Balbi were on a walk in the neighborhood with their dog when their neighbor’s dog attacked them.
The dog attacked Michelle Balbi, biting her finger and scratching her right calf.
