One Killed, Two Injured in San Francisco Pedestrian Crash at San Francisco International Airport

San Francisco, California (July 2, 2019) – One person was killed and two others injured in an auto-pedestrian accident on Monday afternoon in San Francisco, according to the San Francisco police.
The incident took place at about 3:30 p.m. July 1, at the San Francisco International Airport.
Police said a 46-year-old man driving a black Ford Expedition accelerated from a curb and crashed into three pedestrians on the arrivals section of the lower level into the international terminal.

The three victims, two men and a woman, were rushed to a hospital, where one male victim succumbed to his injuries. The other two victims were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
The involved driver stayed at the scene.
Police said impairment did not appear to be a factor in the crash.
The San Francisco Police Department is conducting an investigation into the incident.
