Helendale, California (June 28, 2019) – Two people were killed in a collision involving a motorcycle in Helendale, San Bernardino County, on Thursday morning.

According to a local news source, the fatal car accident happened on National Trails Highway near Hodge Road at about 11:25 a.m.

As per the report, a 50-year-old Barstow man was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle when he collided with a Nissan driven by a 70-year-old Yermo man for unknown reasons.

The rider and the driver were killed in the collision.

The identities of the deceased were not immediately disclosed.

The authorities said two female passengers of the Nissan were injured in the collision and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
