20-Year-Old Adrian Hernandez Killed in Muscoy Car Crash on Duffy Street

Muscoy, California (June 19, 2019) – 20-year-old Adrian Hernandez has been identified as the victim died in a traffic crash in Muscoy Tuesday evening that also injured three others, according to the San Bernardino Sheriff-Coroner.
The fatal crash was reported just before 5:00 p.m. June 18, in the 3300 block of Duffy Street, between Ogden Street and Kern Street
A local news source indicated that a white Honda and a gray Kia were involved in the mishap and each was occupied by two people. The California Highway Patrol reported that the gray Kia struck a pole and one of the vehicles allegedly ran through a stop sign.

One person was ejected as a result of the collision from one of the vehicles involved. There were a total of four people who were hurt in the crash. The San Bernardino County Fire Department responded at the scene shortly after the collision.
Among those injured was a minor who was immediately transported to the hospital for treatment. Two other victims, one of them identified as Hernandez, suffered life-threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital. Unluckily, Hernandez eventually succumbed to his injuries and died at the hospital.
The fourth hospitalized for precautionary reasons.
The CHP officials are still investigating the leading cause of the deadly collision.
