Marvin Dale Hill ID’d as Victim Killed in San Bernardino Crash on North Waterman Avenue and 34th Street

San Bernardino, California (June 16, 2019) – The San Bernardino Sheriff-Coroner has identified Marvin Dale Hill, 64, of San Bernardino, as the person who was killed Thursday morning in an alleged DUI crash in San Bernardino.

The deadly crash occurred shortly before 10 a.m. Thursday, June 13 near the intersection of Waterman Avenue and 34th Street.

Authorities said a 55-year-old San Bernardino man was driving a car on Waterman Avenue when for an unspecified reason he collided with a big rig that was making a U-turn.

Hill, who was a passenger in the car, was pronounced deceased at the scene at 10:06 am.

The car driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI. The driver was also treated for minor injuries.

The driver of the big rig was unhurt.

The San Bernardino police are investigating the incident.
