Person Killed in Newport Beach Pedestrian Crash on Pacific Coast Highway
Newport Beach, California (June 9, 2019) – A person was killed in an auto-pedestrian collision that took place on Saturday morning in Newport Beach, according to the authorities.
The incident occurred just before 1:59 a.m. June 8, on the Pacific Coast Highway.
The authorities responded to the incident and located a pedestrian with major injuries on the sidewalk.

Witnesses at the scene offered CPR to the victim but were unsuccessful.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
A minivan that hit the victim was parked at along the side of the crash scene.
