Davis Saul Dies in Hit-and-Run Car Accident on Highway 33 near Frank Cox Road in Modesto

Modesto, California (June 5, 2019) – The authorities have arrested a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run accident which happened in Modesto on March 29.
According to a local news source, the deadly collision occurred at State Road 33 and Frank Cox Road at an unspecified time in the afternoon.
As per the report, 34-year-old Philip Jimenez was driving a car approaching the intersection when he made a left U-turn.
This caused Saul Davis who was also approaching the intersection to swerve off the roadway where he crashed into a pole.
Davis was killed in the accident.
The authorities said Jimenez fled the scene after the accident but was arrested on Wednesday.
No other information was provided.
