Celedonio Deleon ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in Stockton Crash at West Lane and Bourbon Street
Stockton, California (May 24, 2019) – The Sacramento County Sheriff-Coroner has identified Celedonio Deleon, 74, of Stockton as the pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle earlier this month at a Stockton intersection.
The accident happened at about 8:19 a.m. Monday, May 3 at the intersection of West Lane and Bourbon Street.
Authorities said Deleon was crossing the roadway when for an unknown reason, he was hit by an oncoming vehicle.
Celedonio Deleon Dies after Stockton Pedestrian Crash
Deleon sustained critical injuries and was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, May 18.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
