Otay Mesa, California (May 22, 2019) – At least two people were hurt in a traffic crash that involved multiple vehicles in west Otay Mesa Tuesday afternoon.
The multi-vehicle crash was reported at about 5:00 p.m. May 21, on Picador Boulevard.
The San Diego Police Department reported that at least five vehicles were involved in the accident. The precise circumstances that lead to the occurrence of the crash have not been released.
One person was trapped inside one of the involved cars in the accident. At least two people were hospitalized to a nearby hospital for treatment. As per the police report, an infant was involved in the crash but was conscious and breathing.
No further details regarding the accident have been disclosed to this time.
