Moreno Valley, California (May 14, 2019) –Two people were injured in a traffic accident in Moreno Valley Tuesday morning, according to the Californian Highway Patrol.

The multi-vehicle crash occurred at about 9:36 a.m. May 14, in the area of 60 Freeway and Moreno Beach Drive.

The accident happened when a dog traveling in a white 2013 Ford transit van jumped out of the moving vehicle and the woman driving the car crashed with a Toyota pickup truck and a Chevrolet pickup truck.

One person sustained moderate injuries while another suffered minor hurts following the collision. The wounded victims were attended to by the paramedics before they were taken to a Riverside hospital for treatment.
