Calistoga, California (May 14, 2019) – Six patients were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in the area of Calistoga, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The collision happened at around 1:52 p.m. Monday, May 14, at Highway 29 and Bale Lane.

As per the report, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. Six patients were transported to Queens of the Valley Medical Center for treatment.

The names of the victims and their current condition were not immediately known.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

The vehicles were blocking the northbound lane following the crash.

No additional information concerning this crash was provided.

An investigation is underway.
