Contra Costa, California (May 8, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision Wednesday morning in the area of Contra Costa, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 5:39 a.m. Wednesday, on westbound 4 Highway, just east of Discovery Bay.
As per the dispatch, two vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately provided.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
