Jose Padilla Killed in Car Accident on Highway 4 near Balfour Road in Brentwood
Brentwood, California (May 7, 2019) – A man was killed in a suspected DUI car accident which occurred in Brentwood on Monday afternoon.
According to a local news source, the accident happened on Highway 4 near Balfour Road at about 4:34 p.m. May 6.
As per the report, 51-year-old Jose Munoz Padilla of Rippon was driving his Toyota Corolla on the roadway when he was hit by a Honda SUV driven by 46-year-old Jan Kristian Gyllstrom of Concord.

Padilla was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Gyllstrom was unhurt. He was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.
