Clovis, California (April 24, 2019) – Two people were hospitalized after a motorcycle crash Monday afternoon in the area of Clovis, according to a local news source.

The crash happened at around 5:24 p.m. Monday, April 22, at 12658 North Sunnyside Avenue.

According to the report, a Jeep Liberty was trying to turn left when a motorcycle passed another car that was heading in the opposite direction at the time. The Jeep and the motorbike then clipped one another and the two finally crashed.

Responding paramedics attended to the passenger and the bike operator who suffered injuries as a result of the crash. The two were transported to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.

The patients’ names and their current condition were not immediately known.

It was not immediately known if the Jeep driver was injured in the crash.
