South Sacramento, California (April 18, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle crash early Thursday morning in South Sacramento, according to authorities.

The crash happened at around 3:47 a.m. Thursday, on southbound Highway 99, just north of Calvine Road.

As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to at least one person who suffered lacerations to the hand. The total number of victims and their current condition were not immediately known.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
