Miramar, California (April 12, 2019) – A 35-year-old woman was hospitalized after three vehicles collided Friday afternoon in Miramar, according to a police report.

The crash was reported at about 12:30 p.m. April 12, on Miramar Road near the Miramar Village Shopping Center, between Camino Santa Fe and Carroll Road.

San Diego Police Sergeant said a suspected DUI driver of a Nissan Sentra veered to the right and struck a Nissan Maxima. The impact pushed Maxima to hit a Honda Civic.

A 35-year-old woman, the driver of the Maxima, suffered a broken ankle and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash is still under investigation.
