San Diego, California (April 8, 2019) – A motorbike rider was struck and injured by a car in San Diego Monday morning.
The accident was reported at around 7:44 a.m. on the 94 Freeway at 25th Street.
As per the report, a Toyota Prius driven by a female party collided with a motorcycle in the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the interstate. The female driver was attempting to merge in a different lane in front of the motorcycle when the accident happened.
The woman confirmed that she did not see the rider at the time. Due to the impact of the collision, the motorcyclist went down with the bike on the No. 3 Lane.

The injured motorcyclist was attended to by the paramedics who arrived at the scene shortly after the accident. No further details regarding the accident have been released.
