Jake Hourmouzus and Jacob Schneider ID’d as Two Teens Killed in Dixon Electrocution Accident at Sonoma Irrigation District Canal near Diction Avenue
Dixon, California (April 2, 2019) – The two teenage boys who were killed Monday afternoon in an electrocution accident in Dixon has been identified as Jake Hourmouzus, 17, and Jacob Schneider, 17, according to a news report.
The deadly accident took place around 12:15 p.m. Monday, April 1 at the Sonoma Irrigation District Canal near an Orchard on Diction Avenue.
As per the report, Hourmouzus and Schneider were electrocuted while they were attempting to rescue a dog from the canal outside of the city limits.

The crash remains under investigation.
