1 Injured in Salinas Crash on Highway 183 (West Market Street) near Davis Road
Salinas, California (March 30, 2019) – One person was injured Friday night in a traffic accident in Salinas, according to a local news source.
The crash, which was reported at around 7:07 p.m. Friday, March 29, happened on Highway 183 near Davis Road. Highway 183, also known as West Market Street
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white pickup truck collided with a black Ford Fiesta for an undetermined reason on southbound Highway 183.

Responding paramedics rendered aid to at least one person before being transported to Natividad Medical Center with a laceration to the head. The name of the patient and their condition were not immediately available.
It’s undetermined if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
