Kyle Betzer Injured in Fatal Crash on Highway 98 near Highway 27 in Woodland
17-Year-Old Kyle Betzer Hurt in Fatal Woodland Accident on Highway 98

Woodland, California (March 26, 2019) – One of the teens injured in a fatal two-vehicle collision on Saturday night in Woodland has been identified as 17-year-old Kyle Betzer of Woodland.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at about 8:20 p.m. March 23, on Highway 98 near Highway 27.
Investigators said a Chevrolet traveling northbound on the highway swerved into the southbound side and collided head-on with an oncoming Ford.

Betzer and three other Woodland teens, who were riding as passengers in the Ford, were treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the Ford sustained major injuries and was taken to Kaiser Vacaville.
The man driving the Chevrolet was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
