Four Hospitalized after Miramar Car Crash on Miramar Road and Dowdy Drive
Miramar, California (March 23, 2019) – Four people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision that occurred in Miramar on Friday, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue.
The incident happened at about noon Friday, March 22, on Miramar Road and Dowdy Drive.
The fire officials said a car and a van were involved in a collision, which sent both vehicles crashing into a fence. The vehicles also caught fire in the accident.
Four Hurt in Miramar Two-Vehicle Accident
The fire officials were able to put out the fire before it spread to nearby buildings.
One person was transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital with major injuries. Three others were treated for minor injuries.
