Minor Injuries in Castro Valley Car Crash on 580 Freeway near Eden Canyon Road
Castro Valley, California (March 21, 2019) – Several people sustained minor injuries in a multi-vehicle accident in Castro Valley Wednesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident, which was reported just before 8:09 p.m. March 20, occurred on the Interstate 580 Freeway near Eden Canyon Road on-ramp.
At least three vehicles were involved in the collision; a Toyota Tacoma truck and a Dodge Nitro were located at the scene. The manner in which the collision occurred was not immediately revealed.
Motorists Hurt in Castro Valley Multi-Vehicle Accident
Minor injuries were reported following the crash. The identities of the involved parties were not disclosed.
The Dodge sustained major front-end damage as a result of the accident.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
