San Bernardino, California (March 21, 2019) – Police have arrested James Dailey, 40, the driver of one of the vehicles involved in an accident on Wednesday morning in San Bernardino, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

The collision occurred at about 12:15 a.m. March 20, at the intersection of East Baseline Street and Alamo Street.

Police said a pickup truck driven by Dailey struck a parked BMW. He and continued and crashed into a bar in Highlands.

James Dailey Arrested after Injury Crash in San Bernardino

The occupants of the BMW, a man, woman and two children, were evaluated by the paramedics for minor injuries.

Dailey was hospitalized for a shoulder pain.

None of those inside the bar were injured in the crash.

Dailey was arrested for driving under the influence.

The crash remains under investigation.
