Woman Seriously Injured in Biggs Car Accident at Afton Road and 8th Street
Biggs, California (March 20, 2019) – A female party was seriously injured in a traffic collision involving a farm vehicle and a car in Biggs Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision took place at about 1:16 p.m. March 17, in the area of Afton Road and 8th Street.
As per the reports, the farm vehicle crashed with a black Hyundai at the intersection. Due to the impact, the passenger vehicle was sent off the roadway and it started emitting smoke.

A female party was trapped in the Hyundai following the wreck. The victim was extricated by the local fire firefighters along with the medical personnel. No further details were released concerning the extent of the injuries suffered and the other involved parties involved.
The Hyundai sustained major front-end damage as a result of the collision.
Investigators are working to exactly determine why the accident occurred.
