Possible Injuries Reported after Concord Car Crash on Highway 4 near Willow Pass Road
Concord, California (February 16, 2019) – Possible injuries were reported after a multi-vehicle collision Friday evening in the area of Concord, Contra Costa County, according to authorities.
The collision happened at around 6:50 p.m. Friday, February 15, on eastbound 4 Highway, just south of Willow Pass Road.
As per the officials, four vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the persons possibly injured in the collision. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately provided.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
Officials issued a SigAlert closing all the lanes following the accident. All lanes were open as of 7:18 p.m.
No additional details concerning this incident were provided.
